Salus Facilities Assurance is seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafstman to join our growing team. This role focuses on transforming 3D building scans captured by our field technicians into accurate, professional AutoCAD drawings used for facility documentation and property insurance reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their drafting career who enjoys working with building layouts, digital models, and precise technical drawings. No prior industry experience required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create accurate 2D AutoCAD floor plans from 3D scans and imaging
  • Convert special data and building scans into clean, organized drawings.
  • Verify measurements to ensure drafting accuracy
  • Revise drawings based on project updates or quality review
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure drawings meet project requirements

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or Technical Certification in Drafting or a related field (or 2+ years of relevant experience)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Strong attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $32,000-$40,000
